- Add some salt and yogurt/ sour milk and mix well
- Add the fresh onion and mix well once again
Cucumber Shake Recipe:
- 1 cucumber
- 1 apple
- A handful of spinach
- 20 g almonds and walnuts
- Add the cucumber, apple and spinach in a blender and blend well
- Add the ginger and blend once again
- Pour the shake into a tall glass and decorate with the almonds and walnuts (crushed)
